Eurocastle Investment Limited (“Eurocastle”) is an affiliate of Fortress Investment Group LLC (“Fortress”) and an alternative investment fund (an “AIF”) offered within the European Union. The alternative investment fund manager (“AIFM”) of Eurocastle is FIG LLC, a separate affiliate of Fortress. By virtue of serving as the AIFM for Eurocastle, FIG LLC is therefore a financial market participant, as defined under the Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosures in the financial services sector (the “SFDR”).
Pursuant to the SFDR, financial market participants are required to publish on their website certain disclosures.
